How fast can you fix my site?
A typical repair takes 24-48 hours once we have access. Severe cases can take 3-5 days. We prioritise hacked sites.
Do you work with non-WordPress sites?
Yes. Most of our new builds are custom, and we support both. We repair WordPress, custom-coded, Joomla, Drupal, and PHP sites. Tell us what it is built on and we will tell you what we can do.
Can you prevent it happening again?
We can make it much less likely. We harden the site, set up monitoring, and offer care plans priced in baht that keep the software up to date.
Do you meet clients in Pattaya?
We can, but most repairs are done remotely. Send us hosting or FTP access and we start from there.
