We host the sites we build on cPanel servers we run ourselves. That means when something needs fixing, we log straight in and fix it, rather than opening a support ticket with somebody else and waiting for them to reply.
It also means we can guarantee uptime and response times with our own SLA, not somebody else's. If we say 99.99% uptime, it is measured against our logs, not theirs.

What uptime do you guarantee?
99.99% uptime, measured monthly. That is 4 minutes and 23 seconds of downtime per month maximum. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.
Can I host non-WordPress sites?
Yes. We host Next.js, Astro, static sites, and custom applications. If it runs on Linux and serves HTTP, we can host it.
Do you handle email hosting?
Yes, but we recommend using a dedicated email service like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for anything business-critical. Email is complex and deserves its own infrastructure.
What if I want to move my site elsewhere?
You own the site and the domain. Give us 30 days notice and we will migrate it to wherever you want, with handover documentation.
