What is different about building for Thailand
A site aimed at customers in Thailand has to handle things a UK site never deals with. Your audience is often split between Thai speakers and foreign residents or tourists, so the site needs to work in both languages without turning into two half-maintained sites.
Enquiries also arrive differently. Plenty of Thai customers will not fill in a contact form or send an email, they will message on LINE, Facebook or WhatsApp. A site here works better when those are first-class buttons rather than an afterthought at the bottom of the page.
What we do for businesses in Thailand
Bilingual Thai and English sites
Set up so each language has its own real pages that search engines can index separately, rather than a browser translate widget bolted on top.
Messaging-first contact
LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook and phone as prominent buttons, because that is how enquiries actually come in here.
Tourism and hospitality sites
Bars, restaurants, hotels, guesthouses and rental businesses, with menus, rates and opening hours that you can keep current yourself.
Shops with ordering and delivery
A custom storefront, or a WooCommerce shop if you need one, paired with Doob Delivery so an online order lands in a dispatch system rather than in somebody’s inbox.
Care plans in baht
Hosting, updates, security and backups for £149, invoiced in baht. Changes are quoted or billed by the hour.
Working with a studio that is actually here
Part of the studio lives and works in Pattaya, so meetings happen in Thai time and not at two in the morning. It also means we understand the local market rather than treating Thailand as a discount development location: the seasonality, the mix of Thai and foreign customers, and the fact that a business here is often judged on its Facebook page before anybody reaches the website.
The other half of the studio is in the UK, which is useful if your customers are British or European. Between the two sides the working day covers both.
Common questions
Can you build the site in Thai as well as English?
Yes. We set the site up so each language has its own pages and its own addresses, which is what lets Google rank the Thai pages for Thai searches. You supply or approve the Thai copy, since machine translation of your own business is a poor idea.
Do you invoice in baht?
Yes. Thailand work is priced and invoiced in baht, including care plans.
Can you take orders and deliveries on the site?
Yes. We build online shops, custom or WooCommerce, and can pair them with Doob Delivery so orders route into a driver and dispatch system. Ask us and we will scope it for your business.
Do you work with businesses in Bangkok?
Yes. Pattaya is our base in Thailand and the work is done remotely regardless, so Bangkok, Chonburi and the rest of the country are all fine.
Start free. Onboard properly when you are ready.
Send an online brief and we build you a free custom micro-site, not a template, to get you online fast. When you want the real thing, the Launch site is £2,950 all-in, with 3 revision rounds included and further changes billed at £90/hr after revisions.
Ongoing hosting and care is a separate monthly plan starting at £149, covering hosting, updates, security and backups. Changes are quoted or billed by the hour. Larger builds, shops and custom functionality are scoped and quoted separately. See how pricing works.
