Studio

A two-person WordPress studio, in Bournemouth and Pattaya

There are two of us. One in Bournemouth, one in Pattaya. We have been building and looking after WordPress sites since 2014, and between us we do the design, the build, the hosting and the maintenance.

Why that matters to you

A two-person studio cannot pretend to be an agency, and we would rather not try. What it can do is give you the two people who will actually build the thing, from the first email through to the small change you need eighteen months after launch.

It also means we say no to work that does not fit. If your project needs a team of eight and a six-month runway, we are the wrong studio and we will tell you early rather than take a deposit and find out together.

How we work

1

Written scope, fixed price

You approve what is being built and what it costs before anything starts. Changes to scope are priced as changes, not sprung on you at the end.

2

We host what we build

Sites live on cPanel servers we run ourselves, which is why a care plan can include hosting and why fixing a problem does not start with a support ticket to somebody else.

3

You own everything

The domain, the site, the content, and the source of any custom plugin we write for you. Nothing is held hostage.

4

Two time zones

The UK and Thailand are six or seven hours apart. Between us, most of the working day is covered.

What we build outside client work

We also build and run our own software, which is where a fair amount of what we know comes from. That includes an AI assistant product, a delivery and dispatch platform, a point of sale system, and the five WordPress plugins in our store.

Running our own products means we hit the same problems our clients hit: slow pages, failed updates, payment integrations that misbehave, and search rankings that do not arrive by themselves.

Work with us

Email info@wp-helpdesk.co.uk and tell us what you are trying to build. One of us replies personally, usually within one working day.
