Why that matters to you
Being a small studio means the people you brief are the people who design, build and support your site, from the first email through to the small change you need eighteen months after launch. Nothing is handed to a junior or subcontracted out.
It also means straight answers. If a project needs a different approach, a different timescale or a different budget, we say so at the first conversation rather than after a deposit.
How we work
Written scope, fixed price
You approve what is being built and what it costs before anything starts. Changes to scope are priced as changes, not sprung on you at the end.
We host what we build
Sites live on cPanel servers we run ourselves, which is why a care plan can include hosting and why fixing a problem does not start with a support ticket to somebody else.
You own everything
The domain, the site, the content, and the source of any custom plugin we write for you. Nothing is held hostage.
Two time zones
The UK and Thailand are six or seven hours apart. With the studio split across both, most of the working day is covered and a question sent in the evening is often answered by morning.
One studio for everything web
Whatever the web side of your business needs, it lands with the same studio: design and custom build on a modern stack, bespoke platforms, online shops, hosting and care plans, search, security and site recovery, AI and automation work, and WordPress support when that is what you run. One point of contact, one team that already knows your site.
What we build outside client work
We also build and run our own software, which is where a fair amount of what we know comes from. That includes WaiReply, our AI receptionist; Budtendr, an AI shop assistant on the same engine; Doob Delivery, a delivery and dispatch platform; a till system that keeps a shop's website, stock and orders in step; and the five WordPress plugins in our store.
Running our own products means we hit the same problems our clients hit: slow pages, failed updates, payment integrations that misbehave, and search rankings that do not arrive by themselves.

Two bases, one studio
We work from Bournemouth in the UK and Pattaya in Thailand, for clients anywhere. Most projects run by email and video call, so where you are makes little difference.
