WP Helpdesk is a custom web studio working from Bournemouth in Dorset and Pattaya in Thailand. Since 2014 we have designed, built and looked after websites and web platforms: bespoke builds on modern stacks, rebuilds of tired sites, online shops, hosting and monthly care, SEO and custom development. We advise custom over WordPress when it is the better fit, and we still look after WordPress sites, write WordPress plugins and build on WordPress when a client needs it.

Send an online brief and we build you a free custom micro-site, not a template, to get you online fast. When you want the real thing, the Launch site is £2,950 all-in, with 3 revision rounds included and further changes billed at £90/hr after revisions.

Ongoing hosting and care is a separate monthly plan starting at £149, covering hosting, updates, security and backups. Changes are quoted or billed by the hour. Larger builds, shops and custom functionality are scoped and quoted separately. See how pricing works.

How a project runs

The same five steps whether the site is five pages or fifty.

  1. A call, or an email if you prefer

    Twenty minutes on what the business does, who you want to reach, and what the current site is failing to do. No pitch deck.

  2. A written scope and a fixed price

    Pages, features, who writes the copy, who supplies the photos, and what it costs. You approve it before anything gets built.

  3. Design first, then build

    You see the homepage design before we build the rest. Changes at that stage are cheap. Changes after launch are not.

  4. Launch on hosting we run

    We host on our own cPanel servers, set up SSL, submit the sitemap to Google Search Console, and check every page on a phone before it goes live.

  5. A care plan, if you want one

    Updates, backups, security and small changes handled monthly. If you would rather look after it yourself, that is fine too.

We work from Bournemouth in the UK and Pattaya in Thailand. Most projects run remotely from either.
