What a care plan is for
A WordPress care plan means your site is hosted, backed up and kept up to date every month, so looking after it is our job rather than yours. Most of our new builds are custom, but we look after existing WordPress sites properly and we are not going to push you to rebuild one that works.
We apply WordPress core, theme and plugin updates and security patches, and check the site still works afterwards.
If an update breaks something, putting it right is part of the plan. Changes beyond the edit time in your plan, and new features, are quoted or billed by the hour and agreed first.
What's included
Managed hosting
Hosting on UK servers we run, with SSL and regular backups kept off the site.
Security & updates
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, login hardening and sensible file permissions. Keeping the software current is what stops most WordPress hacks.
Changes when you need them
Standard includes 1 hour of edits and Plus includes 3. Anything beyond that is quoted or billed by the hour, agreed before we start. The plan is maintenance, not unlimited changes.

Fixed monthly prices for most WordPress sites:
- Care Lite: £79/month, no edit hours
- Care Standard: £149/month, 1 hour of edits included
- Care Plus: £299/month, 3 hours of edits included
- Further changes and feature work quoted or billed by the hour
- E-commerce and high-traffic sites quoted individually

Can you take over an existing site?
Yes. We review the current site, migrate it to our hosting, audit security, and start care. We quote the migration up front.
What if I need work beyond maintenance?
Standard includes 1 hour of edits and Plus includes 3. Beyond that, changes and new work are quoted or billed by the hour, and agreed before we start.
Do you build new features?
Yes. New features, page builds and improvements are scoped and quoted, or billed by the hour.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One month's notice, no long-term contracts. We'll export your site if you leave.
