The short answer
There is no official ranking of Pattaya web agencies, so "best" comes down to fit. For most businesses here that means five things: work done in-house rather than resold to a farm; an English-speaking team you can brief directly; genuine understanding of the local market and Thai payment/booking habits; the ability to build bilingual Thai + English sites properly; and a fixed, written price with no surprises.
We are a small studio with our Thailand base in Pattaya, building custom websites and web platforms since 2014. You work directly with the people writing the code: no account managers, no outsourcing, no template resellers.
That is not the right answer for everyone. If you want a large agency with layers of account management, we are not that. If you want the people who build your site to be the people who answer your messages, we are.
What to look for in a Pattaya agency
In-house build, not reselling
Ask who writes the code. Many "agencies" here resell a template or outsource to a farm. We design and build every site ourselves.
English + Thai, end to end
You brief in English; we build Thai + English sites with proper translation management, not Google Translate.
Local payment & booking know-how
PromptPay, 2C2P and Omise for payments; booking flows tourists and expats actually complete. Local context matters.
A fixed, written quote
Ask for scope, timeline and total in writing before you pay. We quote fixed prices in THB or GBP, with no hidden extras.

What does a good website cost in Pattaya?
Basic WordPress sites from ฿40,000. Custom builds from ฿125,000. Online shops from ฿210,000. Fixed-price quotes in writing. Care plans from ฿3,300 a month, hosting included.
How do I avoid getting a template with my logo dropped in?
Ask to see custom work and ask who does the build. We design your homepage first, you approve it, then we build the rest to match. No stock theme.
Do you only work in Pattaya?
No. Pattaya is our Thailand base, but we work with businesses across Thailand, in the UK and further afield. Most projects run by email, LINE and video call, and we can meet in person locally.
Can you take over a site another agency abandoned?
Yes. We do site recovery, hosting transfers, rebuilds and care plans when a previous developer has disappeared or left the site broken.
